
Our family business is engaged in the production of olives and olive oil. With the processing of our exclusive olive we get monosortal olive oils from different species: Istrian Bjelica, Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Moraiolo and Črnica. High quality olive oil obtained directly from olive fruit exclusively by mechanical procedure - Sapparis extra virgin and Sapparis premium olive oil.
SAPPARIS PREMIUM extra virgin olive oil is produced from mainly domestic Istrian olive varieties, which are characterized by the superior organoleptic properties of olive oil, but also by lower yields and lower labor costs, making the production of these oils somewhat more expensive.
Olives are harvested within the optimal time frame and processed within 24 hours after harvest. The processing is done cold so in this process the oil temperature does not exceed 27 ° C to maximally preserve the aromatic and nutritional values of olive oil.
We store the oil in the air-conditioned space in stainless steel containers under nitrogen prevent oil oxidation to ensure durability and quality. Oil analysis is done at the Institute of Agriculture and Tourism in Poreč.
Our customers can taste all sorts so they can choose the best one for themselves because each variety has special organoleptic characteristics.
